Chilly winter wonderland

With snowfall in recent days adding many centimetres of snow to campus, and with temperatures dipping to -43 C and reaching -59 C when windchill was counted, these bicycles parked in the Bowl look more like frozen ice sculptures than handy modes of transportation.
