THE ARTSTea and Gossip The chance to gossip about a 20-year-old secret is the premise of a new Linda Duvall exhibition opening at the Kenderdine Gallery Feb. 27. Called Tea and Gossip, the video and performance piece includes a reception at 8 pm opening day and a public discussion March 6. It will run until March 14. Auction Preview The gallery at St. Thomas More College will host a preview exhibition of works donated to the 13th annual Artists Against Hunger Art Auction starting Feb. 7 and continuing until Feb. 28. The auction will take place March 6 at the Sheraton Cavalier with proceeds going to benefit the Saskatoon Friendship Inn. For tickets, call 242-5122. Quartet in Residence The Amati Quartet in Residence will give its third concert March 6 at 7:30 pm at the Broadway Theatre. The program includes works by Haydn, Schubert, Ernest MacMillan and Ravel. The Wright Stuff Modeling the Wright Stuff, a celebration of the 100th anniversary of powered flight and other transportation milestones at the Diefenbaker Canada Centre, has been extended until Feb. 22. Greece Then and Now The Museum of Antiquities presents Greece Then and Now, an examination of daily life of ancient Greeks compared to the experience of Hellenic community members, particularly those who settled in Saskatoon. The exhibit includes many household and cultural items like photographs, as well as a large 3rd century B.C. Greek amphora recovered from a shipwreck and on loan from Peter Golf.
