MESSAGES OF THE SEASONSeason’s Greetings Looking back over the past year, we should all take time to celebrate what we have accomplished in 2005. It has been a year of progress, from the increasing level of groundbreaking research being done at the Canadian Light Source synchrotron, to the opening of the historic College Building, to the recent announcement of major funding from the provincial government for the Academic Health Sciences Centre. This University is moving ahead at a pace that shows no sign of slowing down, and we have much to look forward to in 2006, and in our 100th anniversary year in 2007. To each and every one of you in our campus community, my thanks for your efforts in 2005, and may the coming holidays be safe and happy for all. Peter MacKinnon Happy Holidays from On Campus News The holidays are upon us and that means the end to the first half of our publishing season. We want to take this opportunity to thank our readers for your continued support, your feedback and your story ideas. May your days be jolly and bright, and we look forward to hearing from you in the new year. Happy holidays! Your OCN crew: – Colleen MacPherson, Staff Writer
