Exceptional service recognizedThe selection committee for the U of S President’s Service Award is inviting nominations for the campus award for the spring and fall of 2006. Established in the fall of 1994, two President’s Service Awards are presented each year – one at Spring Convocation and one at Fall Convocation – to a non-academic staff member of the University. The award honours individuals who have enhanced the work environment by providing extraordinary service to the University community, who have inspired, supported and respected the endeavours of others and have achieved this distinction through dedication and commitment. All members of the non-academic staff currently working at the U of S are eligible for nomination. The winner receives recognition by the University, a choice of a specially designed pin or ring, and an award of $1,000. Nomination forms are available from the President’s Office. Completed forms must be submitted to: President’s Office, Rm. 212, College Bldg., no later than March 1.
