When construction required covering her office window with plywood, Shannon Seymour in the College of Law found herself in her own private art gallery, thanks to the kindness of a colleague. Renowned painter Kris Engstrom, who is also secretary to the dean of Law, prepared one of her signature European street scenes to brighten Seymour’s space. When the staff moved out of the building recently to allow for renovations, the painting moved out with them.
