Huskies quarterback Laurence Nixon airs out a pass during the team’s winning pre-season game against the Concordia University Stingers Aug. 23. He went on to lead the Huskies to a 25-0 shut-out of the U of C Dinos Aug. 29 but left the game with an injury to his non-throwing shoulder. The Huskies take to the field at Griffiths Stadium again Sept. 26 for the Alumni and Friends Homecoming game against the U of A Golden Bears.
