- March 17, 5 pm, Diefenbaker Canada Centre, Rudyard Griffiths, co-founder of the Dominion Institute, will expand on selections from his book Who We Are: A Citizen’s Manifesto and then at 7 pm, will present Canada’s Afghanistan Policy for 2011 and Beyond.
