Bill Deeks Lecture
Colleen Dell, Canada Research Chair in Substance Abuse, and the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse present the centre’s first Bill Deeks Lecture Sept. 22 from 7-9:30 pm entitled How Much is Too Much?
