- Faculty Recruitment Expenses ... The procedures for obtaining reimbursement for interview expenses have recently been revised. In short, interview expenses should be charged directly to the appropriate account (as described below) and expense claim forms or cheque requisitions sent directly to Employee and Student Accounts. The central University recruitment account should be charged for expenses associated with the standard number of candidates and the standard types of expenses as specified in the recruitment policy. Deans have signing authority for the central recruitment account. A college or department account should be charged for expenses associated with additional candidates, or expenses in excess of the standard expenses. The dean/department head is the signing authority on college/departmental accounts. For more information, please refer to pages 31 and 32 of A Guide to Recruitment and Retention - Policies and Procedures for Appointments, which is found on the following website: http://www.usask.ca/vpacademic/policies/recruitment.html
