  • IN PERFORMANCE CONCERT SERIES

    U of S Prof. Kathleen Solose, piano, on Sun., Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m. at Third Ave. United Church. Works of Chopin, Debussy, Berg, and Cage will be performed. Admission at the door is $10/adults, $5/students and seniors.


  • SALON MUSIC

    This concert in support of the Dwaine Nelson Scholarship Fund will be held Jan. 22, 8:00 p.m., at Mayfair United Church, 902 33 St. West. It features University of Saskatchewan alumnus Russell Whitehead (trumpet) with Sylvia Shadick-Taylor (piano), assisted by Dean McNeill and Terry Heckman. They will perform works by Hubeau, Françaix, Arban,Scelci, Davies, Rolfe, Vivaldi, Britten, Schickele, and Mompou. Tickets $10 (adults) and $5 (students and seniors) available at the door.
