University medical research projects get funding By allocating an additional $29 million to the Medical Research Council (MRC) this year, last month's federal budget restored MRC funding for two U of S medical research projects - those of Drs. Peter Bretscher and Steven Lewis. Wal-Mart contributes to pharmacy practice teaching facility Wal-Mart Canada Inc. has made a $30,000 donation toward the establishment of a skills development environment in Pharmacy and Nutrition.
