NOTES FROM THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION
- CUPE 1975 retroactive pay
adjustments will be processed on the following basis:
- all active and terminated casual employees will
receive retroactive pay adjustments on the casual (positive) payroll
on November 16, 1998.
- all current active monthly paid employees will
receive retroactive pay adjustments on the monthly (exception)
payroll November 30, 1998.
- all terminated monthly (exception) paid employees
will receive retroactive pay as soon as possible, likely on
December 24, 1998.

- The Employee Career Development Centre
(ECDC) is open to all employees wishing to better manage their
careers.

the Partners in Learning

- A big "thank you!" to all
the sponsors that made HRD's Back to the
Fifties Hallowe'en theme on October 30 such a success!
Over 300 root beer floats were served! Sponsors were: U of
S Food Services, Printing Services, U of S Bookstore,
Huskie Athletics, the Faculty Club, and A&W (on campus),
and SaskTel, Effem Foods, Phase I Hair Design, Dairy
World, Coca-Cola, and Karz Kafe.
- HRD's Diversity Works aims at increasing the
diversity of
the University's workforce. Recruiters needing to
