New Faculty Club member wins a party!

U of S Faculty Club Manager Donna Cram, left, presents Assistant Prof. of Nutrition Carol Henry with a gift certificate Feb. 6 for a a free dinner party for her and friends, to be held at the Faculty Club. Henry, who is originally from Jamaica and who came to the U of S just a year ago from the University of Western Ontario, won the Club’s ‘Great Party Giveaway’ contest, where every Club member who sponsored a new member and every new member during July-December 2000 was eligible. Cram says 62 new members signed up in that time. There are 625 members and 285 honorary life members. Prof. Henry will pick the theme and menu for her party, which she says will be a great way to celebrate her one-year anniversary at the U of S.
