  • An updated Departmental-Priority Appointment List has recently been sent to departments. Department heads are reminded to use this list to make their Spring and Summer Session appointments. This list is also available on HRD’s website (see above) under Labour Relations: Sessional Lecturers.

  • The University and the Faculty Association concluded negotiation of the 1998-2001 collective agreement in November, 2000.
  • New salary rates will appear on the January, 2001 cheques and retroactive pay for the period July 1, 1998 to December, 2000 will be on the March, 2001 cheques. Copies of the 1998-2001 faculty collective agreement are now available from HRD. Please contact Janet Horbay or Helen St. Germain at 966-6270 to request a copy of the agreement. The collective agreement will soon be available on HRD’s website (see above).
