MUSEUM OF ANTIQUITIES

The Museum of Antiquities, 237 Murray Bldg. Currently featuring "Myths and Legends", a special exhibition on the mythology surrounding certain ancient artworks – including Aphrodite, Osiris, and the Parthenon. The Museum also features a permanent collection of full-scale replicas of ancient Greek, Roman, and medieval sculpture, made with exacting scholarship by the Louvre, Paris, as well as ancient coinage and artifacts. Open Mon. - Fri., 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, as well as some unscheduled times by appointment. Closed for holidays Dec. 18-Jan. 12. For info. call 966-7818.
