WCVM faculty member wins graduate teaching award

For Dr. Cheryl Waldner, effective teaching requires coming to an understanding of the perspective of her students, and it has proven to be an award-winning approach.

Waldner, a long-time faculty member in the Western College of Veterinary Medicine (WCVM) who also teaches in the U of S School of Public Health, was recently named as the recipient of this year's Provost's Award for Outstanding Graduate Teaching at the University of Saskatchewan. The prize acknowledges graduate teaching excellence, and Waldner is a very worthy recipient.
