Telementoring in Northern Saskatchewan

The University of Saskatchewan’s College of Nursing and International Centre for Northern Governance and Development are among the partners working to build a network in Northern Saskatchewan to share knowledge around the use of technology in community development, post-secondary education and health-care delivery.

The project addresses two areas where immediate improvements can be made through public policy and by taking advantage of technological advances – providing health education; and providing health care to northerners where they live.
