A student's guide to free stuff in September

By University Communications1. Sept. 6-9 – Welcome Week
Celebrate back to school with some of Saskatoon’s best DJs in the Bowl, which start at 11 am daily. The USSU Executive will also be there handing out the USSU Survival Calendar, chock full of coupons and deals to last you the year.
And what would Welcome Week be without swag? Look out for companies all over campus handing out free goodies.
2. Sept. 8 – Carless Drive-in
What’s better than a free movie (Mrs. Doubtfire) in the beautiful Bowl? Free popcorn to go with it, of course! The show starts at 9 pm.
3. Sept. 16 – Huskie Football Game

Aside from invaluable networking opportunities with potential future employers, the career fair is a rich resource of free pens, sticky notes and USB flash drives—essential tools to keep you organized this academic year. 10 am-4 pm at the PAC gym.
