June’s On Campus News available online

With social distancing protocols remaining in place and University of Saskatchewan buildings closed while summer session students, staff and faculty work from home during the global pandemic, On Campus News has again been produced in an online-only format for the June 12 edition.

In this issue, we take a look at the university’s activities in support of the 2SLGBTQ+ community leading up to the Saskatoon Virtual Pride Parade on June 20, and we also feature four more of our outstanding graduating students from the remarkable Class of 2020. In addition, we profile this spring’s Master Teacher Award winner and New Researcher Award recipients, as well as our popular monthly Alumni Spotlight, Uniquely USask, and Huskie student-athlete features.

The complete university news magazine is now available for download in its entirety in PDF format here. Each of this issue’s OCN feature stories are also posted individually in the news section of the university’s website here.

Throughout the summer, our communications specialists from across the university will continue to update the campus community with news, human-interest features and personal profiles from a cross-section of colleges, schools and departments. We hope you enjoy reading the June edition online and we thank you for your patience and understanding at this challenging time.
