September’s On Campus News now available online

The September 11 edition of On Campus News is now available in PDF-only format, as University of Saskatchewan (USask) buildings remain closed and social distancing protocols in place while the majority of students, staff and faculty continue to work largely from home.

In this issue of OCN, we spotlight a USask research team’s success with an in vitro fertilization project that is helping to ensure the survival of wood and plains bison, and we also feature interviews with the new deans in the College of Agriculture and Bioresources, as well as the College of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. We also showcase a collaborative educational project involving pharmacy and nursing professors, feature one of the students supported each year through the Campaign for Students, and we chat with Huskies All-Canadian Mattland Riley, who celebrated earning his engineering degree and being drafted by the Saskatchewan Roughriders this spring.

The complete monthly news magazine is now available for download in its entirety in PDF format here. Each of this issue’s OCN feature stories are also posted individually in the news section of the university website here.

Throughout this academic year, USask communications specialists will continue to update the campus community on program and research developments and human-interest features from a cross-section of colleges, schools and departments. We hope that you enjoy reading the September edition online and we thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.
