January’s On Campus News now available online

The January 8 edition of On Campus News is now available in PDF format on the University of Saskatchewan (USask) news website.

The first issue of the new year features OCN’s annual year-end extended interview with USask President Peter Stoicheff to review 2020 and look ahead to what’s in store for the university in 2021. This edition also focuses on the effects of climate change on Canada’s glaciers, the economic effects of the pandemic on supply chains, a celebration of the 50th anniversary of USask’s Crop Development Centre, and a preview of this year’s virtual PAW conference.

While the majority of USask students, staff and faculty continue to work from home during the pandemic, the complete monthly news magazine is now available for download here. Each of this issue’s OCN feature stories are also posted individually in the news section of the university website here.

As we begin the new year, USask communications specialists will continue to update the campus community on program and research developments and human-interest features from a broad cross-section of colleges, schools, and facilities. We hope that you enjoy reading the January edition of OCN online.
