Author Joseph Boyden to speak at U of S
Renowned Canadian author Joseph Boyden (Three Day Road, The Orenda) will speak at two public events hosted by the College of Arts and Science on Oct. 15.

Born in Willowdale, ON, Joseph Boyden now divides his time between northern Ontario and Louisiana, where he teaches creative writing at the University of New Orleans. Boyden's third novel The Orenda recently won the 2014 edition of Canada Reads, while his debut novel Three Day Road received the Amazon/Books in Canada First Novel Award and the Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize.
