U of S Students Compete to be the Next Iron Chef

Teams of U of S students will face off in a culinary competition to be named the "Next Student Iron Chef." Following a format similar to the Iron Chef television series, eight teams of four students will compete in this culinary showdown.

The competing teams were selected from a group of submitted recipes based on a family favourite, a new creation or a cultural classic. Meal preparation begins at 4 pm, with final plated meals to be presented to a panel of judges at 5:30pm.

Competitors will be available for interviews  from 4:15 to 5:15 pm.
