The agreement includes the intent by both institutions to:
-facilitate the research work of undergraduate and graduate students
-develop collaborative academic and research programs in areas of mutual interest
-provide academic continuity and supervision to participating students
ICAM's six campuses in France are home to 4,000 engineering students, apprentices and trainees in masters and vocational training programs. The College of Engineering is home to about 1,700 undergraduate and 350 graduate students.
"Our college is looking forward to collaborating with ICAM and further developing the university's international academic partnership with France," Kipouros added. "We are happy to soon be welcoming international students to the Prairies, through our partnership with ICAM France."
