U of S Centre for Northern Governance to announce new program and funding

The University of Saskatchewan (U of S) International Centre for Northern Governance and Development, along with partners UiT The Arctic University of Norway and Cameco Corporation, invite media to join them for two significant announcements regarding new programming and funding support.
