U of S faculty to discuss federal election

Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy professors to host presentation

SASKATOON - The 2015 federal election features a rare three-party race: the Conservatives, the Liberals and the NDP. These parties disagree on fundamental issues related to federalism, taxation, foreign policy, environmental policy and social policy.

This week, faculty from the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy's University of Saskatchewan campus will discuss the potential economic, political and policy fallouts from the election. Commenting on the parties' policy pledges, the campaign and the results of the election, the panel features short presentations, followed by an open-floor debate and questions from the audience.

Panelists include: Michael Atkinson, Daniel Béland, John Courtney and Haizhen Mou.
