Major gift from USask prof emeritus to support access to physical activity, sport on campus

SASKATOON - The University of Saskatchewan (USask) community will benefit from increased opportunities for physical activity and enhanced access to sport facilities on campus thanks to a generous gift from USask Professor Emeritus and long-time donor, Dr. Kay Nasser, to the Be What the World Needs Campaign.

The renovated courts and new equipment made possible by Dr. Nasser's gift supports multi-purpose activities including tennis, pickleball and basketball and furthers USask’s commitment to student health and wellness.  

Members of the media are invited to attend the official grand opening of the University of Saskatchewan K.W. Nasser Courts, named in honour of Dr. Nasser in recognition of his extraordinary contribution.
