USask invites media to attend launch of new insect research facility

SASKATOON – The University of Saskatchewan (USask) is celebrating the launch of the University of Saskatchewan Insect Research Facility (USIRF), the first of its kind in a western Canadian university and one of only a handful of facilities in the country specifically designed to conduct research on arthropod plant pests and beneficial insects.

Members of the media are invited to the announcement and tour the new facility.
