USask's Edwards School of Business empowers next generation of entrepreneurs
SASKATOON – The University of Saskatchewan's (USask) Edwards School of Business is hosting a youth business fair where ambitious young minds, aged 9 to 14, will be showcasing their new micro businesses.
The fair is the climax of a week-long Edwards Entrepreneurship Summer Youth Camp, where 40 enthusiastic entrepreneurs dive into the world of business, learning its functional areas, and applying these skills to plan, create, and launch their own micro businesses. The point of the camp is to offer first-hand experience of the full entrepreneurial process, including community interaction, social skills development, and practical financial education.
Media and members of the USask community are invited to attend the business fair where the young entrepreneurs will display their unique products or services.
